We are located on the Appleton Medical Center Campus at 1818 N. Meade Street, Suite 330. There are a couple areas where you may park and enter the building to get to our office suite.
Recommended:
Enter the parking lot off Glendale Avenue and park in the lot near the Appleton Heart Institute. Enter the Medical Office Building West, at door #15. At the end of the hallway on the right, take the elevator up to third floor.
Alternate:
Enter the parking lot off Grant Street and park in the hospital parking lot. Free valet parking is available at the West Entrance. Enter the West Entrance at door #1, go past the information desk and turn left to the Medical Office Building West. Continue to the elevators. We are on the third floor.
