What are your office hours?
Our Appleton office located on the Appleton Medical Center campus is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 to 5:00. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays we are open until 6:30. A nurse is available Saturday mornings from 9 to noon.
Our Neenah office located on the Theda Clark Medical Center campus is open from 8 to 5 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We are open Thursdays until 6.
We provide 24 hour answering service for our patients. This is for emergencies. The doctor on call will be paged and will return your call. Please leave a telephone number where you can be reached. For lab results, appointments and billing questions please call Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5.
I have a medical problem and need to talk to someone. Who do I call?
Just call our office during normal business hours and ask to speak to your doctor’s nurse. She will either answer your question or take a message from you and ask the doctor and call you back later. If it is an emergency call anytime. Just use our office number and if we are closed our 24 hours answering service will answer and page the doctor on call.
How do I get results of tests I have had done?
Call our office during regular business hours and ask to speak to the nurse. You can leave a message in our voice mail and we will return your call. Sometimes your call will be returned after the office is closed. Please do not call for your test results after regular business hours, the on-call doctor is available for emergencies and does not have access to your chart and to your results.
How do I know your doctors are qualified to treat my condition?
All of our physicians are Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. They are also all Fellows of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Will I see my own doctor when I make an appointment?
You will normally be scheduled to see your own physician when you make an appointment. If your doctor is on vacation and you need to be seen one of the other physicians in the group will see you.
What is a Physician Assistant?
A Physician Assistant has taken additional studies in healthcare including clinical studies. They work in conjunction with the physician and can see you for your yearly exam or other issues you may be having. They do not do surgery or deliver babies.
What is a Nurse Practitioner?
A Nurse Practitioner is a Registered Nurse who has gone on for additional training and also may see you for your annual exam and other issues you may be having.
